This Santaro-zuke, marinated in soy sauce, is prepared from Aomori burdock roots in keeping with the traditional Japanese taste.

The characteristic flavor of burdock and its crunchy texture offer a delicious taste experience and a pleasant finish. The marinade juice can also be used as a seasoning.

Ingredients

Dried burdock root, soy sauce (soybean, wheat, salt), sugar, glucose and fructose syrup, distilled vinegar, fermented condiment (corn syrup, glucose, rice, rice yeast, salt), chili pepper, flavor enhancers: monosodium glutamate, alanine; acidity regulator: disodium succinate; coloring: caramel; antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
